This time it's not a problem with the file name having a non-english character, but the folder in which the files are stored.
If the folder has a non-english character, then Overture will not open the files that are stored inside. I get the famous (infamous) "101 error code".
If I replace the folder name by characters with no accents, then Overture will open the files that are stored inside.
No relation to mountain lion, Overture behaved the same way with OX 10.6.8
And yes, I have the last patch.
