I already had a PC version OverTure. But sometime I want to listen to the music on my iPhone.
Since GenieSoft already had OverTure for Mac, I don't think it's a big deal to transplant it to iPhone. And I'll definitely buy one if there is.
And due to the limited screen, the iPhone version need only to open and play an ove file, rather than edit it.

I think - what you can do now....is export your Overture projects to WAVE using the "Record To File" feature in Overture and then bring the wave file over to your phone or convert the wave file to mp3 and use that. If you want to view your score while it plays back well...that of course is different.

I can download better quality mp3 than exporting from OVE file. The point is that I need to see the notes~

Hi qqakai,
what amount of money would you like to spend for a iPhone version of Overture.
€ 10, 100, 1.000 or more?
And why not a version for Windows mobile 7 and Android too?

There must be plenty of notation phone apps that import midi/lyric files from Overture.

What jovan sarcastically suggests is that there is so much to do in bringing Overture to next version 5 and in developing the main program in general that there's no time to develop a whole new version of Overture for a whole new platform. I'm quite sure this is not going to happen for a while unfortunately...

Although it's not the same, you can export your score as a PDF and your music an audio file. They're not bound together but at least you can look at them at the same time and thanks to the new fast-switch-bar on the new iOS 4 you can quickly switch between the PDF and the music player.
