 Post subject: Blockwise articulations

Now we can set e.g. for slurs some articulation and check "do this for the whole track or piece". I rather prefer also "do this for the highlighted block". Sometimes one wants some slightly different articulation for a phrase of several measures only.

The easiest way to do this now is by using the "Modify Notes" window (scale velocity, note lengths...etc). This should get you most of the way there without much fuss.
