When I enter or check chords in an orchestra score, I often feel if I could easily transpose the notes in the selected measures of all tracks to C (or G or F) on a temporary basis, especially when I'm in B or Db.

I guess many people (except for Jim :) ) hope this feature.

Would the Region section of Measures> Set Key Signature acheive this? And then it can be set back to the original key later?

Yes. And I'd prefer to do it with just about one command (or one shortcut key).
