Spanish Romance - life performance

Postby jovan » Sun Aug 15, 2010 11:23 am

The last time a wrote a lot of compositions for flute & guitar, flute & chamber orchestra and so on with Overture 4.
One of it was

"romance.anonymus" for flute & guitar.

The arrangement uses a melody of an old spanish romance composed by Anonymus. The famous air was first performed by Narciso Yepes as film music in the movie "Yeux interdits".
I think most of us knows this song.
I added a second melody & switched orignal and second melody between flute and guitar.

It was performed last saturday at Stift Melk, Konzert im Pavillon, Austria, with Maria Miteva (Flute) & Olga Dimitrova (Guitar).

Enjoy it and have a nice day.

Thank you, Snorlax, for your positive feed back.
"romance.anonymus" is one of the 14 pieces of a book called "flute.&.guitar.classic.offside", first.performance.
The book is dedicated to my 10 years old son Oskar. Pieces for beginners. I really enjoy the fact, that also professional musicians like to play pieces of this book in concert.

Thanks Dean!
"flute.&.guitar.classic.offside", first.performance, shows that Overture has the power to bring scores into a shape which one can use to print a book with it.
I used Overture 4, Word, Corel Draw, Adobe Acrobat 9 Prof and my camera.
