Good Afternoon to the Staff at Sonic Scores.

I just received the latest version of scorewriter in the mail and tried to install it today on my macbook pro, however I encountered a problem. I put in the CD and clicked on the installer, but a small white screen comes up that says "VISE X 5.0, c DR globalDirect, Inc. 2011", immediately after which a popup comes up that says "An error occurred while reading installer data. The installer appears to be damaged. 1009:5, -9119 Installer has expired."

Help with this would be much appreciated.

My problem is somewhat different. I purchased the version 4 upgrade, but the installer can't locate my previous, valid registered version which is 2.6. I tried moving the ScoreWriter 2.5 folder out of the Geniesoft folder into the Applications folder, and also tried moving the Scorewriter 2.6 app from the 2.5 folder directly into the Applications folder, but it still can't be found. Although my 2.6 app has been fully functional, the serial number does not appear in the About window, nor can I find any way to enter it. I'm running an early Intel MacBook Pro with Snow Leopard.

Solved it myself! I had to re-install the Demo Version, then installed the upgrade and got the registration window! Seems to be working OK.
