I want to share my 1st completed piece using Amadeus. This is the first of four movements from a symphony for string orchestra. The other 3 are just about complete...
I have shared full orchestra works in the past and I thought this would be a change of pace. There are one or two articulation glitches still to be ironed out but here it is...

Thanks for all the great help many of you have given me in learning all the technical stuff along the way...
Pete

Amadeus you say? That was a fantastic sounding composition. Your composing skills are top notch and this work displayed the full gamut of what a talented musician can create. The quality of the orchestration using just a string orchestra was sterling. Did you do any tweaking with a DAW or was this an .mp3 derived solely from Overture 5? Will you be posting the other three movements?

Congratulations!

I greatly appreciate your replies to my music posting- coming from fellow composers it is a great compliment.

As for details..yes, it was just Amadeus for the sounds, including the Hall ambience with a bit of the default "Amount" backed off.
After exporting each of the 5 tracks (1st Vns, 2nd Vns, Violas, Celli, Basses), I imported them into ProTools to tweak the dynamics and balances a bit more accurately, then normalized each movement. That's it..
I will be posting the entire work on You Tube soon.
Again, thank you for listening.
Pete
