[Solved]Rests Can't be Dragged

Post by PeteFine »

Don't ask me why these rests entered the way they did but now I can't drag or use arrow keys to lower them into correct position. (measure 30, cello. Score attached). This has happened before with this latest version.
If anyone has a suggestion, let me know. Of course it would be easy enough to just redo the measure but I would still like to know for future reference.

Select the problematic measures, or better yet just highlight the entire score then go to Measures > Hide Redundant Rests.

It’s good to see that there’s still some life left on this forum, Pete. I wonder what's happening with Don, Sonic Scores and Overture.

Wow! That works! What on earth is "redundant rests"? In any case, thank you.
Yes, there is still life. Still composing. I hope we do someday hear from Don and that he is OK, if nothing else.

I have tried to duplicate this with the current version and previous version and can't duplicate the problem.
So all I can say is the next release definitely has this fixed.
