Ok, I have Amadeus. Not leaving it sit there, collecting dust, I tried to make a reasonable sounding piece with strings only.
If anybody wishes to knwo how I did this, leave comment on this board and I will tell you and send the score (PM-me).
This piece originated from 2008 and was ment to explore the possibilities of EWQL strings. Since then, hidden in the dark cellar of forgotten pieces, it begged for revision.
So why not? Amadeus is there and let me try out this orchestra.
I only took the strings, violins, violins2, violas, cellos, basses and each one has its own Kontakt Player. Easier for controlling the panning which different from standard.
Violins 1 - left
Violins 2 - right
Cellos - left
Violas - right
Basses - slightly right form center.
The recording is a result of playing it from Overture. No special tricks, no equalizing/compression on the end product. Just plain Amadeus and Overture.

My impression: the strings are really great, much better than those of EWQL

Here is a second recording of the same piece. Playing speed 120% faster, panning different, added some irregularities for the cellos, basses and violas.
